How did you manage a carry permit in the Bronx?

Vehicle carry is allowed for you in Pennsylvania under exemption 11 of PA 6106.

If, by ranges.........you mean the public PA Game Commission Ranges, you will also need a valid hunting license or range permit to shoot at the ranges. If you don't have one or the other, you will be fined by the PGC.

I don't believe the OP is legit, the syntax reads like the many spam posts we get from NY.

I should be fine under hr 218 but got 2 friends that are looking to shoot. one has a nays permit and the other doesn't have a permit. can they transport the guns to a Pennsylvania range and shoot? in ny you can't go to a pistol range without a license.this isn't a spam post just an honest question. thanks

In PA you do not need a permit to handle or shoot a handgun at a range or handle at a store, or at a friends house. Transport unloaded per FOPA rules without a permit.
