I've still yet to see any definitive proof of that beyond your posts. I know they've tasked DHS with knock & talks for the chicom imports but not much besides that... Certainly no convictions or even prosecutions. I know you said your buddy got taken in or his property confiscated on a warrant, but I just have my doubts that there was nothing else going on with him.

Not at all saying you're being purposely deceptive, I'm just a bit skeptical and have yet to see anything definitive that center marked caps/cups = suppressor even in the minds of the rabid ATF.

They havent published a letter stating such yet only an interoffice memo. Go look on the civil asset forfeiture site and you'll see how many solvent traps they have taken

Talk to some of the us based companies that make parts for solvent traps that have been raided/shutdown by the a tf. I could post pics of the warrant they served him with but you still wouldnt believe it unless they knocked on your door.Attachment 137962

I'm not posting it because it's not mine to show. Just like I'm sure you wouldnt appreciate someone sharing your info. Ot was a setup with the post office involved too, they "control delivered" the package while watching so there was no doubt it was delivered then served the warrant. Honestly you dont need all the info it's none of your business, he ordered a "trap" off of wish, they said it's a complete suppressor because of center marks. That's all you need unless you are gonna be his lawyer

Here is the latest news as of 10/10/ 2020. At about 2:00 he gives the suspected reason for this ruling. That is Obama appointed officials in the ATF are trying to create dissension between Trump and gun owners before the election.

Why in 3 years have they not been removed? All of Obama's goons should have been fired on day one.
