This is why (a) who gets to select judges (or which judges get elected) matters so much, and (b) why we should never, ever rely on litigation in PA appellate courts to vindicate our gun rights. That's how we lost out-of-state licenses to carry for all PA residents, for example, in a decision which even a 1st year law student would find absurd (they took limitations from one statute and imposed them into another, mixing up out-of-context words from different laws to create statutory requirements which do not exist, and treated PA residents with less respect than Dred Scott received from the Taney court, holding us to not be "persons".)

More effort needs to be invested in vetting judicial candidates, and getting the word out. When I look for advice on such things before elections, I seldom find anything useful, and if I can't find it, then that means that almost every other voter is in the same situation. Even if I invested 100 hours to research the past rulings of judicial candidates, nobody else will, so my informed vote will be nullified by the overwhelming ignorant votes.

How about we start gathering together in peaceful protest to have these judges impeached and removed?

I left a comment on the marxist site The Hill that the adults were responsible for letting a child handle firearms without adult supervision but then again these parents must be democrats and there are no adults in the democrats party, only children.

This whole story about judges legislating from the bench has been the problem all along. The only thing that can be done at this point is to overwhelm these people at the polls because they are stepping up their communist rhetoric and actions because they feel they now have some power behind them with antifa, Black Lies Matter taking to the streets. If that's how things are going to be handled from this point on then are we going sit back and watch freedom evaporate in front of marxist justices and rioter in the street?

Hoping this case gets to the "new" SCOTUS as well as other relevant firearms cases! Provided there are no other options!!

The article says a three Judge panel made the ruling. Are the defendants going to request an en banc ruling? It appears every time there is a pro 2nd amendment ruling the other side gets an en banc ruling and gets the pro gun decision overturned.

Is the state court going to over turn Obamacare on the same grounds?
