    Please vote conservative.

If you have questions, this is the answer place.

In over 30 years of elections, I’ve only ever voted Republican.

My house bid in Washington county didn't work out. Alas, I'm moving to Allegheny because the right house appeared and my bid was successful. I hope I'm not moving into an anti-gun county...

We had been looking at places in Lehigh and Northampton Counties. Kind of afraid those two lean left.
Not too sure about Allegheny as i'm still an outsider.

    I will check it out.

On a side note, I just found out that the house I put a bid on has high levels of radon. I can't believe it. I'm back to SQUARE ONE.

They put in a system to vent the radon for not a lot of money. Usually the seller pays for it.

Yup if tests show over 2.0ppb the seller will (should?) install the system. Buying my house back in 2016 the level was 2.1ppb so I just made it for the system on someone else's dime. I believe some houses easily get way into the 400ppb though.... Very bad risk of lung cancer then, radon is second only to smoking.

YES, the whole radon industry got it's start due to the Reading Prong here in PA. There are several established methods to control radon that should be available to resolve being able to purchase a house these days.

Radon isn*t a problem. Every house in Pennsylvania has it damn near. Just tell the seller to have radon remediation installed as a condition of sale.
