I don't know about instagram's intended purpose but most of what I click on contains discussion of varying extent.There is lots of political stuff that is debated and there are plenty of car and gun pages on there.

I use it to look at pictures of cars as well as see what the local businesses are up to. Even when something has hundreds of comments, it's rare to see more than 1 or 2 replies to comments, even when most of the comments are questions.

Political stuff may be different, I wouldn't know as I try to steer clear of that stuff on social media.

I was watching live stream on Crowder. The prosecution said he was not able to purchase the AR because he was under 18. However one of his charges is

Possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18
Though Wisconsin is an *open-carry* state where it is legal for adults to carry firearms openly, state law prohibits minors from doing so. Mr. Rittenhouse was 17 at the time of the shooting.
