Does anybody actually like serrated triggers?
Every time i use one, my trigger finger gets chewed up. I've never had any problems with smooth faced triggers. Why is this a thing?

Re: Does anybody actually like serrated triggers?
Glock compact models need them for import points.
Stop wearing gloves and sand a floor, paint a fence, paint a house and wax on/off they will harden up

Re: Does anybody actually like serrated triggers?
Haha. I wish my hands were coddled like that. I'm an assembler in a factory. I play guitar (so i have calluses in my finger tips). Serrated triggers chomp straight through.
Interesting that Glock needs a serrated trigger for import. That seems... Wait for it... Arbitrary. But it might explain why my cz pcr had one.
I have had American made firearms with them too though.

Re: Does anybody actually like serrated triggers?
Yep. That is the plan. I ordered an extra trigger today for the latest offender. If it comes smooth, bonus. But if not, I'm going to do it myself and then I'll have the factory (anodized) trigger should i ever decide to sell it. Well worth the 9$ for the new part.

Re: Does anybody actually like serrated triggers?
Came out of the "Saturday night special" era. Anti-gun government desk fliers posing as experts in firearms decreed that handguns had to be of minimum size, minimum weight, contain a percentage of steel, and have certain features known to "sporting arms" and not "war weapons". They maintained that if a handgun was a sporting gun, it should have a serrated trigger.
Your beat-up papillary ridges are a small price to pay to protect the children. Shame on you. And, be thankful that they dropped the steel and weight part. I suspect Gaston Glock paid off somebody to accomplish that. Probably had something to do with special offers to government and LE.There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

Re: Does anybody actually like serrated triggers?
Now I have to go look at all my guns to see if any of them have a serrated trigger.
If they do, I never noticed...I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

Re: Does anybody actually like serrated triggers?
NO!
My favorite S&W revolvers have the .400 wide smooth 'combat' trigger. Some like my 657 Classic Hunter had them from the factory. The others , I swapped them out , or thinned and smoothed myself.I don't speak English , I talk American!
