I drive by the store front every day on my way to work. I looked at the website and the guns look awesome, but several times out of my budget. You get what you pay for and my understanding is that lugers are not for the faint of heart. If you can't get your mark iii back together easily, don't mess with the lugers.

No experience with Ruger's, but I think Luger's strip easier than 1911's.

I don`t get out much I guess and really don`t understand what you mean.I know there has to be some merit to it since you are one of the board moderators.I need work done on a Luger that has a great amount of sentimental attachment.If there is something I am missing could you let me know,even by PM would be appreciated.

What's the issue? He's been honest by posting as himself, instead of shill accounts like certain other gun shops.

My personal distaste with this thread is that someone deleted the first post, so now it looks like I kicked it off spontaneously with my "spotted the signs" reply. But agreed, I can at least appreciate he's been in here posting as himself and not using alts

Yeah, it appeared as though the "first post" (Harmacy) was setting up an pre-arranged response by the business.

I typically am the last person to shout "TROLL" or anything like that, but it all seemed like a setup to get free advertising.

Went to visit yesterday. Nice little shop, not a whole lot of inventory, (I did delete it by one though), but he's more a smith than a seller.

Eugene took a look at my problem, offered to fix it if I could wait an hour. He also spotted some other issues. I waited, and the pistol was repaired nicely, reasonable price. Chatted with staff and drooled over some of the goodies that I could not afford.
