Default My ltcf is about to expire in Philly...

My ltcf is about to expire this month, the gun permit unit
on Erie Ave required an appointment to drop off the application, but there's no way to reach them (they only got 2 phone line ), my co worker have successfully reached one of the officer and he said if your license expired, just keep carrying , which I really don't wanna risk it , I really want to carry since I worked in the worst area but not planning to get arrested, what do you all think about this response lol

You'll get a new ltcf faster if you rent an apartment in another county for 1 month, call it your permanent residence and change your DL and everything else, get your renewed ltcf there, and then "move" back to philly. *Dunno if that's legal but*

Philadelphia is obviously using this made up crisis as an excuse to stop issuing the LTCF. Philly needs to get a kick in what used to be manly parts. I would contact a lawyer for legal advice.

The phone numbers on their door for appointments are: 215-685-3661 or 215-685-3662 . I called about 8 days ago and my renewal appointment is Oct 8. 2021. that is not a typo... my appointment is over one year away.

I think this will work, but it is not efficient to do all these and spend the money to rent what really sucks is , I live right on the edge of Philly, bucks county is within walking distance.. pretty awkward
