Need some support

I have been an avid owner for 20yrs have decided better late then never to start a shop and have filled for my FFL. Just want some friendly advice on some accessory suppliers other than the normal maybe something or someone local to help support a local business instead of ordering from overseas. We are starting online and small office then move into a larger facility with a possible range. Any advice would be great. Please no negative like dont do it it's not worth it.

There's also a machine shop by me that does a lot of machining for defense stuff (General Manufacturing Co.). They machine/finish uppers from forgings. May find its way into this build.
