Take small elements of the truth and manufacture a crisis and perception around them...what we see going on today. Most of us have a strong sense of reality, the factual kind. When you take these half truths and manipulate them to fit your narrative, it doesn't take long before the fear and intimidation presented by those perceptions start to take hold in the common person...especially those people who had some doubts about the facts to begin with. Slowly, but surely, we see a rise from those who are not thinkers, but mere followers, acting and reacting with no interest in finding truth to what they do...caught up in the moment.
