Re: Who can actually afford to shoot right now?
I hear you. Fortunately, i stocked up on 22 steadily for years. Every time I'd hit Wally world, I'd get a brick or 2. Or get one of those Remington bucket of bullets. Or get a case of 22. I'm not saying I'll never run out, but as long as i don't do mag dumps, i should be good for a while.

Re: Who can actually afford to shoot right now?
Someone sounds jealous.
As for me...I don't shoot much, I've been gathering for a while, have always collected and saved my brass (knock hoarding all you want) and gathered up all I need to reload, so as long as I don't shoot more than I do now I should be good for quiet a whileGender confusion is a mental illness

Re: Who can actually afford to shoot right now?
Learn to reload and carefully craft your calibers and you can efficiently stockpile shared components and refill as needed.
9mm / 357sig both use .355 (FP) projectiles of the same weight
both use small pistol primers
both can use same powders if you do your research
300BLK, 30-06, 30-30, 308win, 300wm all use .308 projectiles, most can use Varget, etc..
223 shares primers with 300BLK
458socom shares powder with 300BLK
I picked up a 8lb jug of 800x powder from Shydas a few weeks ago, $109. I can load 11,000 9mm rounds with that jug, or almost exactly 1c of powder each..
But like everything, you have to stockpile during the good times, and keep blasting through the bad..

I'm an owner of a few H&K firearms and that description certainly does not apply to me.

I'm kind of snobbish but I would not describe myself as pretentious.
