Did they bring up that, 1- Home isn't the only place to defend themselves. 2- The cops, i.e. trained experts, misses 80% of there shots because a moving target is hard to hit, and environment at that time. 3- Why do 4 cops swats carry AR's with 30 round mags going after one person?

The judicial activists are opening the door to invite legislation to ban plus 6, 5, or 3 mags. Or just outlaw removable mags altogether.

Elections have consequences and too many gun owners don't give a crap who they vote for.

You need no further proof of activist judges when one circuit court says bans are unconstitutional while another says they are not. That's not possible if your country truly is a land of laws and not men.
I hope you are not depending John Roberts as the swing vote to save the day. If we lose in the 9th dist appeal, the pro 2nd community would be foolish in taking the matter to the high Court.

If the current makeup of the court was in place, there would be no victory in Heller or McDonald.

I agree and have said it for years that is: Roberts cannot be trusted on hard core 2A cases. Even if he was on our side, it's still a 5-4 suspected pro gun majority. The newer judges haven't been tested yet. It would be great if we had 6 or more judges on the bench sharing Clarence Thomas's view on the 2A, but we don't.

Right now just about all patrol officers/ troopers carry AR 15s or at least are able to , not just SWAT anymore.

Even if this isn't a current threat to PA gun owners...if you haven't been stocking up on AR mags you should be. Just like ammo when it was available.

I this is why I want a case that brings up the GCA of 1934.

Those restrictions were legal because it did not impact the militia, as those weapons had no military purpose.

All those weapons, SBS and SBR and 30 rounds mags are now standing issue. Everyone in Pennsylvania over 16 legally is a member of the militia and Additionally can be drafted by the governor at any time into the national guard.

The guard doesn*t have spare weapons laying around.

There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.
