Jerry Miculek - the future of buffers
Anybody heard of this company or tried one?
https://www.omnirobusta.com/shop
Doesn't appear to be obnoxiously over priced.
I couldn't resist. I just bought the standard gen 2 buffer. No tax charged. Free shipping. I'll post an update when i get it and then when i get it to the range.

Re: Jerry Miculek - the future of buffers
I reached out to the company with a few questions. I had a response maybe an hour later.
I asked if lubricating the brass rod was necessary. I was told it is not but it would not hurt anything if i chose to.
I also asked if loctite or any other thread locker was necessary for the set screw. Again, i was told, it isn't necessary because the screw is under a load. But if it made me feel better, i could use thread locker to keep it in place.

Ingenious, that's a pretty slick idea. I guess I won't be storing any floppy disks in my rifle bag
