Default Philly NINE MONTH waiting list to apply for LTCF

Just managed to finally get a human on the phone after days of busy signals. Got my appointment time for May 2021.

    Surely this is an infringement.

How do I sue for my rights?

EDIT: sorry for the duplicate post in the conceal carry forum.

I'm not even trying to be snarky when I say, move out of Philadelphia. Bucks responded by extending hours for ltcf. If you already have a ltcf, aren't they just extending it?

Moving out of Philly is your cheapest, quickest option, unfortunately.

You can thank ones who buy a gun and become a LTCF holder but vote for the candidates that want to ban both.

Just to apply? Then you wait what, 90 days?

Got lazy and let it lapse.

I have means. Happy to pay for an attorney and put some time into it.

Yep. And that is if you do everything perfectly.

I think a few people from philly should get together and hire an attorney and sue the city for breaking the 45day limit (after you drop off the application, that is - send it by registered mail with a check for $20 and start the clock on the day it's received).
