    Default Philly NINE MONTH waiting list to apply for LTCF

    Just managed to finally get a human on the phone after days of busy signals. Got my appointment time for May 2021.

    Surely this is an infringement.

    How do I sue for my rights?

    EDIT: sorry for the duplicate post in the conceal carry forum.

    I'm not even trying to be snarky when I say, move out of Philadelphia. Bucks responded by extending hours for ltcf. If you already have a ltcf, aren't they just extending it?

    I have means. Happy to pay for an attorney and put some time into it.

    I would strongly recommend Phil’s Kline (Gunlawyer001) or Joshua Prince (SigforLife).

    I think Phil normally recommends somebody else for Philly related gun stuff. Can't remember his name, though. Josh has already sued PPD at least once, I think, though....
