I'm going to be having my second conversation with an attorney on Wednesday (one recommended in this thread.) I'd love to have some co-plaintiffs. Anyone else game?

I'm interested. I can't even get through to make an appointment. A friend of mine called this week and was told next available appt is SEPTEMBER 2021. My license expires in March 2021; my husband's expires in September, 2021.

It just occurred to me that not only is Philadelphia violating state law, but I believe they are under a couple (or more) court orders due to previous LTCF violations.

Would anyone happen to have those court orders handy?

    Surely this is an infringement.

How do I sue for my rights?

EDIT: sorry for the duplicate post in the conceal carry forum.
GOA is going to be suing the City of Philadelphia. If you are interested in being a plaintiff, please message me. We need a few more people.

Let's not forget that the Governor is breaking the law by making extensions to expiration. There's nothing in the law that allows that to happen. Just because it benefits gun owners, doesn't mean he should be allowed to get away with it. By allowing those extensions, the counties think they can get away with delaying renewals.

If that's a power that he thinks is granted to him under the law that allowed all the other edicts, then what's to stop him from saying, no gun sales, no CC or OC because we're in a scamdemic?
