Where can I find the latest and greatest that says the AG and PSP are allowing the sale again? I would to educate any dealers I come across of this factoid and buy several to sock away.

if your looking to stock away it's a tough market right now prices have increased Cerro forge upped the price of the forged blanks that most companies use to do the 80% machining to. Depending on what your looking for and how you want to pay will probably determine cost. There are a lot of really nice 80% lowers out there and good basic ones. Don't pay custom billet pricing for a plain forged 80% I highly suggest tactical machining (when in stock) probably the best basic lower you can get. Otherwise you want to get crazy there are a lot of options.

They are behind ... so is everyone else it's more of a supply issue than anything else. Actually I got a buddy in Cali that has a shop that produces 80% lowers they are billet and not what I consider inexpensive but If I wanted no paper trail it could be worked out. He lets you pick up in person there too (not that anyone is going to Cali for that sort of thing but most of the primary 80% vendors actually do locally I know Tactical machining does if you happen to be in Florida.

Thanks, I'm not in any rush. 80% lowers don't take up much space and don't eat anything... Lord knows I have a pile of already built AR's already, but it never hurts to have more ready to go!

If you are getting 80% receivers, why are you going to dealers in the first place?

I would buy from a dealer in cash before buying from an online vendor.

I got the information I needed, thanks fellas. It was more about educating others than where to buy, I appreciate everyone's concern on though.
