Tagged out shortly before 10 as well. 9-ish point (this guy got in a serious fight and lost lol). first buck in a 10 year drought, so it was a good day.

Tagged out at 10 am Saturday. Older 10 point who was chasing three doe.
Saw about 20 or so up until that time, this old guy was the only buck I*d seen so far.

Congrats to you guys who were successful.
My buddy and son only saw one buck but neither could count points so passed.
They saw only a few doe and I believe I pushed those deer from some thick stuff I was walking through.

Two small buck were taken around my buddy. A small 7 and a six.

I was hunting a new area this year and it was great during archery but rifle there was a bunch of people. Yesterday I went back to a spot I scouted earlier in the season. Before there were only a couple rubs. Now I found a bunch of rubs and at least 10 scrapes. I setup about 50 yrds away from a huge open scrape. At around 4:30 I shot a pretty nice 8 pt that came walking in. Looks like a 2 1/2 yr old. Not a monster but I was happy. This was the only buck I seen. Opening day I seen 5 doe right before dark but that was it.

    Congrats on your buck Yoder.

Sounds like you took him in the same general area as the big one
