The address is a box at the UPS store. There was an organization called "Center for Voter Information" doing the same kind of things using the same address

IIRC he was at the 2019 2A rally in Harrisburg and did some speaking. Talks a good game but DOES NOT walk to walk. He and his brothers have been caught too many times all over the US shilling money from pro 2A people. They talk a big game and collect but don't ever produce nor spend anything on pro 2A actions.
