Metcalfe Confirms Locked and Loaded Lineup
for 2020 Rally to Protect Your Right to Bear Arms

WHAT: State Representative Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler) and many other pro-Second Amendment state lawmakers will join together with gun owners from across the Commonwealth for this year’s Rally to Protect Your Right to Keep and Bear Arms.

Established in 2006, dozens of state lawmakers and hundreds of citizens from across the Commonwealth attend this annual grassroots event in support of the Second Amendment and Article 1, Section 21 of the Pennsylvania Constitution which clearly states: “The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.”

WHO: This year’s outstanding featured speakers lineup will include: Kelly Ann Pidgeon, Armed and Feminine LLC; Joshua Prince, chief counsel, Firearms Industry Consulting Group; Grant Schmidt, founder and lead instructor, Shot Tec, LLC; Marc Scaringi, founding attorney, Scaringi Law; Kim Stolfer, president, Firearms Owners Against Crime and several state lawmakers.

WHEN: Tuesday, Sept. 29, beginning at 11 a.m. (Rain or Shine)

WHERE: Front Capitol Steps facing Third Street, State Capitol Complex, Harrisburg.

LIVE WEBCAST: Barring technical difficulties, this year’s rally will be livestreamed at www.RepMetcalfe.com beginning at 10:55 a.m. on Tuesday morning.

So sitting here looking at the weather for tomorrow.
And appears it's forecast to start raining just before the rally starts.
IF that holds true; it may limit what all I bring with me. ie. flag and umbrella, sign and umbrella, or just umbrella ?

But more importantly. Will it reduce the turnout ?

It's not changing my strategy other than bringing my rain jacket I use for hunting. I am bringing my 12x12 canopy to put over the PA2A table, so we'll have some cover there for those helping with that stuff.

Regardless, if some raindrops keep people away from something this important, that's sadly pathetic and makes me worry about November.

Yes it IS pathetic. But past experiences has shown that to be the norm and not the exception.
BUT will also hold true for any counter protesters.
