Yeah, they’re all good until 9/30 at the moment if you expired after March.

My eye dropped our paperwork off at least a month ago . Might even be two. Still haven't heard anything back on ours.

think its county dependent....in Adams county submitted via mail due the pandemic, got approved within 5 business days, then set up appointment with the sheriff's department within another week to get it. This was back in early July

York was the same. Took about a week and a half from when I dropped in the mail to when I got the call, and then I was able to go pick it up the next day.

Mailed mine in to York Co Sheriff on Monday, picked it up at 8:30am today. Also, just a heads up, they said they went back to normal. Residents can show up without an appointment and take care of application/approval/issuing on the spot.

The Lower Bucks annex has a line formed around the building as it opens at 8am. They sign in, and are called in turn, in about 2-1/2 hours. Hard to believe this is what the Founders intended when they wrote and passed the 2nd amendment.
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

You can shout "constitution" if it makes you feel more manly and all, but that's not reality. Appointments are allowing people to GET their LTCF in an organized fashion.
They are even starting off site locations to help get more processed.
The sheriff has 3 jobs. Issue LTCF, secure courtrooms while court is in session, and sale of real property.

If he or his deputies are doing anything else. ANYTHING. Then they are willfully being negligent in the performance of their duties.

For anyone interested, Franklin County seems to be faster issuing now than in the past. I mailed my application on Aug 23 and got my approval letter Sept 2 (2.5 week turn around by snail mail).
I'm happy they aren't delayed but it sucks a little that I wanted to play it safe and get a head start, my current license doesn't expire until January.
