    The cop that pepper sprayed the protesters? If so, yes. Multiple assault and battery charges. Meanwhile the City gave the violent rioters, looters and arsonists blanket immunity. Makes sense, huh?

    Krapner has no problem going after and prosecuting a Philly cop for even the slightest infraction that he's made aware of.
