Re: College student banned for photo holding a rifle
I appreciate the sentiment, but he should have proofread what he wrote before sending that letter to University officials. It was full of spelling and grammatical mistakes. Guess he's not doing well in his English classes. Or maybe that's what passes for a college education these days.

If liberals can play the race card, even for things where RACE isn't a factor - then pro-gun people can too.
If you disagree with that, you're racist.RIP: SFN, 1861, twoeggsup, Lambo, jamesjo, JayBell, 32 Magnum, Pro2A, mrwildroot, dregan, Frenchy, Fragger, ungawa, Mtn Jack, Grapeshot, R.W.J., PennsyPlinker, Statkowski, Deanimator, roland, aubie515

He's an Asian immigrant raised by Asian immigrants, and his writing reflects the common errors found when Asian languages merge with American English.
To be fair, his writing sample is better than many others I have read that were written by people with similar language barriers.
Would have been better to have it reviewed and edited, but all in all a good letter in my opinion. How can you have any cookies if you don't drink your milk?

Wonder if the problem was really about guns, or if it his because he posted things that were anti China.
He posts:
*In the two posts, I expressed my appreciation of the 2nd Amendment and mourning of the anniversary of a Chinese Democratic movement *
Makes he wonder what the university ties to China are. Especially at a Jesuit university, considering the recent active suppression of anti Chinese comments by the Catholic Church.
