Sig E2 Grips?
I picked up a PD trade in P229 at a steal. It has a 2-piece grip set, but it looks like the hardware underneath it is the E2 system. Can someone confirm this? I posted a pic below. If it is the E2 system, do all I need is just the 1-piece E2 grip? Thanks for the help!

Pulled the one piece grip off of mt 229 and it looks exactly like your pic. I think an E2 grip should fit on there.

Yup, E2 kit installed with the short plastic mainspring foot. The standard foot is longer and spring guide shorter.
At 3:55 in the video he shows you the non E2 foot and then proceeds to install the E2 kit. This fellow is very informative about Sigs. Watch the whole video for more edukashun.

Thank you for the replies! Now I just need to find the E2 grip only and not the whole conversion set.
