As we discussed in another thread, that's the ideal. But acknowledging reality means this response will result in a criminal conviction. Sometimes folks need usable information instead of a reminder that we're far from where we should be.

I could say I am puzzled and disappointed at such a view converting a paid for with blood, fortunes and lives constitution to a Laissez Faire barely existing not reality framework.

Selective enforcement and disregardings begins with the constitutions and trickles down. That's why I focus on them.

Thanks for the feedback. It seems that it is inaccurate. Is it worth sending an email asking for clarification and them to correct it or not? I am from the other side of the state and know nothing about the receptiveness in that area.

I live in bordering Westmoreland County. So anyone from Allegheny County feel free to correct me if you disagree.
But on the subject of fireams and rights they aint all that receptive. Especially if that socialist mayor Pedildo has anything to do with it. At least if you're outside of the city but still in Allegheny County, you're less affected by his tyrannical tendencies.
