IANAL. I don't give legal advice. I'm only stating my OPINION.
(Did I really need to say that on an Internet forum? LOL)

I think Jennifer's post may have been facetious, or possibly you also?

The thing I find really strange is that VA., SC, and NC all allow the carrying of a loaded handgun in a vehicle, without a permit. Although NC does specify that it must be clearly visible if you don't have a permit. PA law essentially nullifies the right to open carry without a LTCF.

That or the constant state of emergency*s. I would really like to see Constitutional Carry, but I don*t know if we will ever have enough in the house, senate, and the governorship to do so.

Pretty crappy FAQ when it starts out that a gun in a vehicle "is considered concealed" too. That's not how the law is written and it isn't. The law states a LTCF is for carrying concealed on or about one's person OR in a vehicle. It separates the two acts intentionally.
    Help me understand your point.

Remember it will cost money and outcome is not guaranteed if arrested. Get her ltcf, if ineligibility is the reason, the defense won*t stand. Ianal.

    ???

I just want proper information given out. I live on the other side of the state so it will not affect me on way or the other. My wife has ltcf and her own firearm to carry.
