With the election, ammo stock is going to be very unpredictable. I'd suggest just waiting for a deal to pop up via ammoseek.com, gun.deals or Mrgunsngears's FB page and jumping on it. It won't be $0.30 brass case .223 or $0.16 brass 9mm though.

Just scored two cases but it took a month to the day to get here. I normally shoot 124 grain but 115 works.

Sign up for email notifications and refresh the page several times daily. It sells out in minutes. I blame all the ammo bots for shit selling out so fast.

I ordered some .380 in March which I got in June for a decent price. A few people on PAFOA have reported that Sportsman Guide has been cancelling back orders though.

Agreed. If Trump wins things might settle back down to earth, price wise. If Biden wins then the prices we're seeing today will probably be thought of as the "good old days" LOL

I think they only do that if they have a price increase from their distributors. The S&B 9mm has been the same price every time it comes up in stock.

It showed in stock when I ordered it. I've never ordered anything on backorder.

Cabelas in Del: 9mm $200/1k apparently you have to get there before the store opens.

Makes sense. The .380 was not on backorder when I ordered it. It was only after that I got a notice. Maybe that was the difference.

Hilarious. Makes you wonder about all those guys that tell you to buy a certain caliber because of availability. Common calibers are the first to get snapped up.

I used to think that when Id watch certain youtube videos years ago, when guys would say to get a 9mm or 5.56/223 cause in a ROWL or SHTF situation, theyll be the most available for trade and easier to get. But, if everyone has guns for them, and everyone needs it, wouldnt that make it a lot harder to get? 9mm and .223 would be worth their weight in gold in that case, not that gold would be worth anything.

If thats their thoughts, get you some weird caliber nobody else has. You can stroll into Walmart after the mobs have left with all the 9mm and clean out the untouched cases of your stuff lol

Even if one can find it retail via local gun shop, there is usually a 1 or 2 box buying quota.
