Need Lawyer in Clarion, PA

My nephew is a sophmore at Clarion University. After celebrating too much, he became inebriated and fell asleep on the sidewalk. When the police came to check him out, he said somethings that were not very nice.

As a result, he was charged with underage drinking, drunk and disorderly and lord knows what else.

He is a good kid, a decent student and this is the first time that he has gotten himself in trouble.

I need the name of a good lawyer in Clarion to represent him at his hearing. Neither I nor his parents condone his behavior in this matter. Just need someone competent to represent him.

I lived in Clarion for a while, Ralph Montana is a probably the most well-established name in legal there. I've never had cause to use his services, but it's a starting point.

Rogue River? Besides finding a good attorney for your nephew please take the time to let him know that he did not do anything that a LOT of other people have done in the past!

I've been drunk. Said some pretty stupid things to people I cared about. Regretted it forever and lost all my self esteem for a very long time.

Let your nephew know it's all good. Such is life. At least now & then, eh?

Live in Clarion county. Hate to give advice as your experience in dealing with a recommendation may be different than mine. However Mr. Montana is well established, and widely thought as being the man to go to if you need a defense. Would be on my short list.
