If someone gets a legit PFA filed, they should NOT rest easy, but probably be extra cautious. They sometimes have the opposite effect of the intended purpose. It's often the final step that pushes some whack jobs over the edge.

There is a lot that doesn't add up there and if someone dug deeper there was almost certainty fault on both sides.

What the guy did was typical blue pill nonsense, either he had Oneitus and/or failed to understand female hypergamy. Another guy that could have saved himself by taking the red pill.

How far do you have to go back to find a root cause? Sometimes generations of issues just create F'ed up people. I get that life is sometimes painful, but no one is worth killing just because you can't be with them.

I wonder how many folks know that it's possible to get a temporary "Emergency" LTCF issued? (PA §6109 (m.1))

I also wonder how many sheriffs know this even exists, let alone that they are obligated to process and issue it "Immediately" upon submission of the required documents (in this case, more than just a regular application).
