Default Plaintiffs Needed for Lawsuit Against City of Philadelphia for LTCF Delays

The delay to receive an appointment for an LTCF in the City of Philadelphia is now over a year.

Gun Owners of America is looking for residents who live in the City of Philadelphia who either want a NEW LTCF or wish to RENEW their license to be plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the City. If you or someone you know is willing to step forward to be a plaintiff, please contact me.

We need to move as quickly as we can to address this injustice.

Just message me here or email: val.finnell@gunowners.org

I am a resident of Philadelphia. I am also a member of GOA. However, my LTCF is not slated for renewal until 2022. However, I will help in anyway I can.

Thank you very much. A fair number of people have come forward. We've had a great response.

Is there a way we can specifically donate to this case?

Think my GOA membership lapses during a period where money was tight. Going to fix that now.

Thank you for taking on this initiative! A right delayed is a right denied.

Also pushing a permitless carry bill would circumvent this whole mess.
