The goal of the delay in selecting a VP is that there will be fewer instances of Joe forgetting who it is.

I don't know about Duckworth. I think many might see her disability as a drawback. Just an observation.

How is that, exactly? Not sure what her having artificial legs has to do with being VP. Lots of politicians have no brains, but people still elect them.
