Default Taurus PT145 firing pin problem

I purchased a used PT145 some time ago and haven't shot it much until recently. I really never inspected the spent brass (big mistake) until a friend, who reloads .45 ACP, noticed unusual firing pin marks. Also, there seems to be some unusual wear on the inside of the frame. Photos attached. Firing pin does not appear to be damaged. Any ideas? 100_4067.jpg100_3977.jpg100_4067.jpg100_3977.jpg

That's not just wear. That needs to go back to Taurus. If you go to their website it will tell you how to get what is needed to send it back. They are supposed to have a lifetime warranty so check it out to make sure this gun is covered (it should be).
