PlayStation Pistol Training.
OK, check this out. I was in the living room doing some dry firing when the kid fired up the PlayStation. It just took my boring, aim at the picture, vase, spot on the wall techniques, and made them obsolete.
My daughter put some wild chase game on the screen. Suddenly, I had a mirage of various shapes, sizes and colored objects to draw down on. Some made me shoot quickly. Some let me make sure everything was in good alignment.
I found myself practicing for 30 minutes and not even realizing it. It was a howl. I loved it.
So, you get on one side of the room. Put the kid on the other side, and tell them to go to town with a wild game. Stand by for lots of great targets to practice drawing on. The kids are happy because you want them to play the PlayStation. The American Revolution would never have happened with gun control....

There are some cool games for playsyayion that would make your practice sessions even more fun. Resident Evil instantly comes to mind.

You'd have lots of fun at my house then. I use a projector for my PS3 and the screen is 58 inches by 104 inches.

Re: PlayStation Pistol Training.
I have always wished someone would come up with Hogan's Alley or real live video scenarios to play out. Use a special light on your carry arm. (Maybe use a replica with many models available) Something like what is used for police training for example.
I am just guessing but I think maybe the liability issues are the hurdle; or is the market too small?
It would be really great if it were customized to each states' deadly force laws etc.It is you. You have all the weapons that you need. Now fight. --Sucker Punch
