Defund Governor Wolf

Our Legislature needs to become more aggressive. Wolf, acting as a dictator under now three never ending Emergency Declarations, and enabled by a partisan and corrupt Supreme Court has abandoned any pretense of Constitutional governance in the Commonwealth. Wolf is deriving the Commonwealth to insolvency and aggressively eliminating the ability of small business to function in a sustainable manner. He is making criminals of law abiding citizens who act in furtherance of their rights. All of this is being done with intention.

The only tool I see remaining is budgetary. The Legislature must refuse to budget and appropriate funds for the Governor and Executive functions. The Governor must be denied all means of enforcing the dictatorship.

Put in a crimp in PASP budget too with a view to disabling their ability to enforcer Wolf's Declarations while supporting their legitimate functions.

Where does the State think it is going to get tax revenues in 2021 to support any extravagance? Businesses have been closed, people have been and continue to be out of work, retail sales suffer and personal and corporate income taxes are not going to be what they once were.
