Re: So Mr Lavine signed an order masks mandatory when you leave your home
I have to agree with that and I see commonalities between myself and the other anti-maskers out there...we seem to be the ones with common sense and good work ethic. The others all seem like no brain, liberal losers with allowance for the frail elderly who just want to do anything they can to prevent themselves from catching the chirus. However, the last I heard the mask mandate was overwhelmingly unwelcome and outright rejected from the people of Ohio so I do see a glimmer of hope.

Betting the next step, to allow "mask-free", is you have to show on your smartphone that you were tested "OK". No phone cert = no entry to store. No phone? No entry to store. It'll be for "everyone's safety" that everyone is tested. After that you can be herded into an "exclusion zone" for the safety of others.

Where was that pizza place? I’d go there just to support them. Any other businesses that aren’t going with all of this political garbage should be inundated with business to where they can’t even keep up. The weis market in my area didn’t make you wear a mask inside the store. The employees did have them on. I haven’t been there since this latest decree from the king, so I’m not sure if they caved on this one. I hope not... it was the only place I felt slightly normal going to around here.

Re: So Mr Lavine signed an order masks mandatory when you leave your home
Valid points. We have differing opinions of asymptomatic though. I personally have taken precautions beyond masks due to working in a hospital, and ironically I have not had cold symptoms since February, and that is a first for me.
I raised the questions and concerns that I did because if people are not coughing and sneezing, this virus, that is believed to be transferred by droplet (hence the use of masks for those that know they are sick), would be nowhere as contageous as people claim it is, assuming that people are washing their hands and not touching their faces. I realize that staying healthy, even from the common cold, can be a complicated manner, but I am just trying to insert some logic into a situation that appears to be governed by scare tactics.

Re: So Mr Lavine signed an order masks mandatory when you leave your home
Americans won't "buy" the implanted chip idea easily. In Europe they already have started the smart phone app ID certificate thing. Easier to get the masses to do. Bet they say: "no phone, then you get chip. Pick one or the other." In that case everyone will go with phone app.. Later, government can say that phone app is "not secure/good enough", and you must have chip. It all comes in little steps. Once they app./chip for virus, somebody will say: "why can't we do that with drivers licensees and gun permits?" And off to the races we go.........

well to define asymptomatic it probably says simply "no symptoms" but i'm going with it being more likely that they had a minor symptom they disregarded as a variety of other normal causes.
if masks work for you, have at it. during cold season i usually wash my hands more, hourly which is just coincidental as it lines up with another activity. also i'll ensure i only touch public/shared things with my non dominant hand. There is no way to make it out alive...
