Re: So Mr Lavine signed an order masks mandatory when you leave your home
The court didn*t make a mistake, this was intentional. If you read the opinion it*s obvious they read into the statute exactly what they needed to read into it in order to save it, and thereby Wolf, from the Republicans. Even one of the other Democrat justices called them out on it. I agree with the legal analysis that the statute, as written, was unconstitutional because it violated the PA constitution*s requirement that all legislation be presented to the governor for approval. BUT, since their attempt to get around the governor was unconstitutional so is the rest of the statute. Therefore, they should*ve struck the entire thing down which would*ve eliminated the governor*s ability to pass a state of emergency in the first place. But that would*ve given the Republicans win and they wouldn*t allow that.

So where do we find great conservative legal minds to bring these cases?

Re: So Mr Lavine signed an order masks mandatory when you leave your home
We won't get that opportunity; King Wolf is halfway thru his second/last term. Our only chance here is to have him impeached, but I haven't seen squat on that since it was announced almost 2 weeks ago. But since that won't do anything, I refer back to the PA Constitution, Article 1, Section II. It's time.
§ 2. Political powers.
All power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority and instituted for their peace, safety and happiness. For the advancement of these ends they have at all times an inalienable and indefeasible right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such manner as they may think proper.

Re: PA Governor & Health Director Mandate Mask Wearing in all public Places
Wearing a mask is akin to using a chain link fence to keep mosquitoes out.
