I dunno, unless for some reason you expect to be targeted by well-equipped professional burgers, some of these suggestions seem like overkill. Whatever construction minimums to deter that average street rat armed with nothing more sophisticated than a screwdriver looking to get in and get out with some quick drug money or items to pawn should suffice.

With all the crap going on right now...nothing is overkill. Just factor in the few extra steps into the build...done.
