Any Online Sources NOT Sold Out of 16" Mid-length AR Uppers?
I was thinking about buying a Palmetto State Arsenal AK103 clone, but Kung Flu seems to have put those on hold.
Instead, I decided, I'd upgrade my vanilla A2 AR15 carbine to a better upper. Based on recommendations on arfcom, I decided on a 16", mid-length M-Lok upper.
It seems like damned near EVERYBODY is sold out of those, at least ones under $1,000. I don't want to spend the price of a mid-range gun on an upper, especially since I'd still have to buy the optic.
Anybody know a place that has anything reasonably priced in stock?Je suis Charles Martel.

Bad timing. They had a few in stock a week or two ago. Seems all thier 16" 5.56 uppers are sold out now.
I've been checking regularly for a CHF pistol upper, which have all been sold out since the Trump checks came out.
The prices have gone up a bit too since the Kung Flu panic began. Sign up for thier email specials and check in regularly. Hopefully, they'll start catching up with the demand soon.

I bought one in March/April and it was the same situation...just be patient and check PSA's site a couple times a day. You'll get lucky. It took me a good month to score one like I wanted in stock.
Like RI said, it's about timing.Galations 6:9...And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

I purchased one of these mid-length build kits from PSA a number of years back to get some experience assembling a lower. I intended for it to be in my wife*s rifle, but she*s not interested so it*s been sitting in the safe ever since. It*s unfired. It may not be what you*re looking for, but if you have any interest PM me and we can discuss it. The whole kit was only $399 so if you only wanted the assembled upper it would be less than that.

Bear creek has had them come and go, but mostly the side chargers are more available. Like others have said, it is a timing issue. I had one move from in stock to OOS in the time it took me to try to put it in my cart.

Also check cdnn. They have random uppers. Looks like a lot of keymod got dumped in their lap. But that is easy enough to change.

I've been buying from Bear Creek more lately too. I find they build by day and update inventory right after closing (5-6pm?), so get in early to avoid missing out. Often sold out of the day's builds by later at night. Complete uppers for <$250 in many cases. Love PSA but not during a crisis...they're up $100+ on a lot of their uppers right now. Occasionally see Aero and some others in the $300-400 range also (incomplete), courtesy of gundeals.

There you go. Includes bcg, charging handle, and rear sight too.
Probably inflated about $40-$50 due to current climate, but not absurd.
