Sounds like interference with interstate commerce. Good thing they weren't growing soy beans.

    YES.!!

The FEL is not that much. Soon as I have a place to put the Req Magazines.

Follow up story - they said the fireworks were for BLM and to blow up statutes. NYC mayor had the charges dropped, fireworks returned, and gave them both blowjobs making sure to nuzzle their taints and cup the balls.

What a joke! When I lived in NJ, it was a tradition to go to Canal St to buy the real deal fireworks. There are "contact people" on the street, and transactions are made in stairwells, where the sellers have tables set up to display their goods. Street smarts is required. AFAIK from friends, that market is still wide open this time of year.
Boy, I say boy, you're reaching the limits of my medication!

BUT...... How are you going to display them? Thats another PITA itself.
I was going to do what you posted (FFL) and say (on inspection), oh the stuff got wet and I tossed it.
How long can you get away with that

I've always wanted to check out Canal St.

In my ute, we went up to Canal St. and China town. Returned with a military rucksack full of "1/4 sticks", cherry bombs and m-80s.
It was an awesome time back when N.Y.C. was a filthy cesspool and Lou Reed was playing at cbgb's.
Chinese New Year was like a free fire zone with firework paper 2' deep in the street.

Same here, in the 90’s my brother and I would take the train up. Go to canal street and buy a few lunch sacks of M80’s and block busters out of the trunk of a Lincoln.

    Good times!

    What a joke.
It's possible something has changed since last year, but I doubt it.

Anytime I, a long-suffering PRNY resident, have gone to PA to buy fireworks, the only restrictions seemed to be on PA residents, not on out-of-staters. I am not a fireworks law expert or even enthusiast, just reporting what I have seen in the past.
