But seriously, thank you for all of your great finds.
Yeah! In light of the current panic buying, EM really ought to create a dedicated thread on sharing deals on guns and ammo...

There's an AR handguard and Sig Romeo red dot price update thread.

Great, thanks! I just ordered 600 rounds to burn off some points. I'll be shooting that in 2028.

I*ve always said my favorite thing about this thread is that it is like the rings on a tree, looking at the prices gives you an idea of the political climate at the the time. The first 3 years of Trumps presidency were bumper years with a couple of blips for things like Las Vegas. Then things went wonky in 2020 between Corona, riots and upcoming election.

Seriously it is fun to look at the change in prices over the years.

Best move I made this year was ordering a lot of 9mm rounds from SportsmanGuide in January thinking it was an election year and I should buy early and often to get a good price and top of my supplies to make sure I was set for 4, 8, 12 or however long the democrats might be in the Whitehouse if Trump loses.

Worst move I made was thinking I had until about June before things would go nuts. I remember ordering and thinking, If I wait a month or two, I might be able to catch a deal where I can save an extra $10.

If you're so inclined you can check out mrgunsngear FB page. He keeps posting what I guess he considers good buys on ammo, guns an gear. Not sure if they're great or not, but it's another resource at least

I was just thinking about the saying "Buy quality and cry once. Buy cheap and cry forever". I think there should be a similar saying for buying ammo. Just think of all the poor schmucks who will be scurrying around trying to buy ammo, and not going shooting, and crying about the hoarders and price gougers. Too bad so sad.

And when all the boxed stuff runs out I got the goods to make myself a few rounds.
