Yes, I realize gun owners, both prior and new, are buying up the ammo, but could some of the problem be factory production slow down due to the virus?

It seems the only ones able to get ammo are the rioters in the various cities.

Well here we are in mid Oct. Guns are flying off the shelves and ammo is being sold at even higher amounts than the mafia would be selling at.
Eventually these prices will effect casual shooting, and I don't care how much ammo one has stockpiled. Shoot enough and personal supplies diminish.. I suppose like in the last shortage, pellet guns and black powder revolvers will regain popularity.
If biden gets in, the ammo shortage will not only continue, but get worse with even higher prices and some even leaving the hobby turning their stuff for cash.
