Re: What did you build yourself
Got the spikes AR9 build back from the LGS today and mounted the brace, single point sling, and Olight. Also mounted the OPmod (FDE) Vortex Viper. Close enough to being done that i can take it to the range.
Still want to add a couple FDE rails and get some FDE mlok covers

Re: What did you build yourself
Thanks got the strike industries link curved foregrip on order along with some FDE mlok covers and rails from westlake tactical (ebay). Should be here by the end of next week
Edit: installed mlok covers on sides and top. Full length fde rail will go along bottom for now til the Link curved vfg comes. Depending on how it mounts i may need to mount my light on the offhand sideLast edited by HanzMcFeely; June 1st, 2021 at 08:05 PM.

This may be in the wrong section, but I'm curious if any of you have ever built one of these 1911 ghost guns. I'm thinking about trying to.

Re: What did you build yourself
Tell me I'm way over booomer ..Now I like when Bday presents come "some assembly required" I'm going to do an M16 retro for a gun history class/demo I do. It will be mated to Brownells period-correct lower and a new 1-12 bbl. It's all org Colt.
I want to pour it a drink and have it tell me its story.
