Default Stupidest product for a shotgun?

It's a rail mount that clamps on the receiver but it's not for a red dot, it's intended to attach a shell holder ... holy fuck. I showed this dumb shit to my wife and she said "what the fuck is wrong with people? why are they so dumb?" in reference to the 16 reviews which seem to indicate that at least 16 people have bought this shit.

How is it any smarter or dumber than a sidesaddle?

Quick to release, quick to mount. Provides some "aiming". Can ne added if desired or swapped for optics or light.

Perhaps not the best location but, otherwise, it meets someone's needs. Just not yours.

If only they made it for Mossbergs so you could combine it with the chainsaw grip.

Here you go! Make that awful tacticool piece of shit we've all had nightmares about! For this price, you could get one for the top rail and two for the side rails on the forend!

You know, the chainsaw is pretty humiliating if you're a fan of mossberg but there's also the 464 spx ...

Seems like something for 3-gun competitions. Not something I need.
    I've definitely seen dumber accessories.

That wouldn’t fly for 3 gun either. It’s too slow to load and match savers are already used.

Will someone p!ease explain to me why this is so "stupid"?

I'm either very ignorant or extremely imaginative and resourceful. I can at least come up with some plausible uses.

I was about to say "chainsaw / shovel handle foregrip" as my vote.
