    West Palm Beach is not exactly the garden spot of FL. Be that it may, I hope they have money in their budget to cover a class action lawsuit which should be initiated.

    The people who need them the most then are denied them. Waiting to see if any advocacy group is going to take this on.

    Of course they do. The cost to defend and ultimate fees for the loss of the suit will be borne by the citizens, not the mayor.
