The details. PA2A/PAFOA/ETC are having a rally on Monday 6/8/20 at 1000. The following information applies only to people attending with PA2A/PAFOA. You're certainly free to be in your own group if what we're doing doesn't align with your views.


1) Monday AM, before I head to the garage, I'm going to scope out the steps. Right now, I know that there are barricade about halfway up, intel confirmed today. We will NOT attempt to cross the barriers.
2) Capitol Police have been alerted to our plans and they have no intention of bothering us from a rally standpoint.
2) Head to garage, River St. Top floor. If people want to gather in a group before and head there, that's up to them. I'm not coordinating a massive off site meet, this IS the off site meet. 0900
3) When everyone is on site, at about 0930 or so, I will give a brief;
- We'll identify our group size and have people group up.
- We'll have everyone put on the PA2A/PAFOA identification method(s).
- We'll hand out radios to the groups and identify the communications plans.
- We'll hand out maps to and from the capitol and garage (primary bug out location), and to our secondary bug out location. (I already have them made, I'm going to print them on waterproof paper).
- I'll brief the plan of the day which is to simply gather, peacefully, on the capitol steps. GOA is arranging some speakers, and I'm providing a bullhorn.
- I'll emphasize to stay in your groups if we get separated.
- Brief bug out locations, and bug out commands.
- RULES OF ENGAGEMENT: Do NOT engage with anyone that is trying to agitate us. If agitators arrive, we walk away. Document via video.
- If the police harass us, or try to push us away, we obey their commands while documenting, and if necessary, walk away.
- This is not to say not to defend yourself as is your legal right. However, if you're intending on coming with a chip on your shoulder to be knocked off, join another group.
- We'll head to the steps as a group(s).
4) We have medical supplies.
5) We have communications.
6) We have primary bug out location (back to garage) and secondary bug out location (back to the other place that will be briefed on the ground).
7) I'll also have signs if people want to carry some.
8) We have additional security provided by certain groups in PA that train in military tactics together.
