Should probably find a way to share more of what's happening without compromising the plan.

That may be best done after the fact. Understandably, it may keep some away this time, but success with additional details after will help build future events, and this is definitely a "long game."

Same here, alpaca and I will head out 8ish, arrive a bit early. My guess is they don*t want people using rooftops as a crows nest.
