    I know that many of our foods are regional like TastyKakes are but the micro-region of where sauce is used on steak and sausage sammiches surprised me. Out here in the western suburbs it seems that most of us use sauce on our cheese steaks and every steak shop has it ready to smother the sammich with it. To me the sauce is equally as important as good meat and rolls. But ask for that in Philtytown and you get the weirdest looks.

    I*m not full time local but *have a cabin local* so please let me know what you need help with to set up and/or clean up as I won*t have to travel far.

    I saw in a prior post need for a clay pigeon thrower, I have one and can bring.

    I*m in if I can get the Rail back in action. Did some engine damage last weekend going off some sweet jumps down in Michaux State Forest. I*ll be camping somewhere,
