    Default Taurus Customer Service

Never post negative reviews and doing this in the hope it saves someone else grief.

Have owned a couple Taurus revolvers that experienced minor quality problems, but were easily fixed after waiting several months for parts.

Then purchased a new G2C in January. Right out of the box it had a recoil spring problem and with the promise of a 6 to 10 week turnaround, was immediately sent back for repair without firing a shot.

After ten weeks and no word, called mid-March to be told another several weeks (just before the pandemic). Tried again late April to be told I couldn't even get a status due to Covid issues. Now with it going on six months, called again today to be informed there is still no status. Asked if someone could look into it and was essentially told no.
So, don't know when it will ever be repaired or returned. Also, expect a 20 to 35 minute hold every time you call.

Know price is attractive, but will be my last purchase of their product.

Just as a follow-up; after calling two days ago with no information available, today I received notification that it shipped this morning. It was explained that the long wait was due to their recent relocation from Florida to Georgia, complicated with the pandemic issues.
