Question EDC in times like these?

Do you 'upgrade' your EDC or HD weapon in times like this? A higher capacity pistol , a few extra magazines?

Still rocking some kind of Glock (G19, G23, or G30) and a spare mag as always. Nothing’s changed for me. I also avoid philly unless I am visiting my parents but they literally live on the last block on the border with Montco. The only areas I regularly travel to that I mayyyyyyy need to be extra vigilant are Coatesville and Norristown.

Upgraded to a heavy hitter with extra mags. I find the extra weight has not been a problem. Gotta love a 45.

Thinking about it. 640 normal. Considering a glock 22 in a roni with a 50 drum. My travels are not hot yet so it's just a thought at this point. Avoidance and hopefully they get this under control. Wondering about the food supply and the number of permanently closed jobs. I think the socialist movement is trying like hell to bring it all down. George Soros.

    EDC hasn't changed (M&P .45, loaded & locked, safety on, hollow-points).

But I am carrying an extra mag in my belt, where I didn't typically used to.

I'm also lately putting my H&K VP9 in the glovebox with an extra mag for that too.

G21 on weekdays, but I added two spare mags. Weekends I switch to a 1911 with two spare mags. If I*m going someplace where I need to dress like I*m a sophisticated person, I switch to my Church gun and Church holster. Stainless steel Ruger Blackhawk in .357 , in a canted crossdraw leather holster with a silver *Texas* concho, and a leather sleeve with loops for six rounds. Both the sleeve and holster look *dressed to impress* and the Blackhawk delivers a strong message just sitting there, if it is seen!

I watch people*s faces as a hobby. It*s fun to read faces. The best facial reactions I*ve ever seen come from people at Weddings when they spot that cannon under my jacket. I usually wear it with a three piece suit (Church, Weddings, Funerals, Special events).

With today*s events in Philly, NYC, and other cities I am tasked with working, I am considering hiding ( dismantle and HIDE) an AR15 SBR and a couple spare mags in my truck. Considering. Haven*t decided yet. It would mean *end of career* if caught. We all know what getting caught across the river or in the big rotten apple, or DC/Baltimore would mean. I*ll have to watch how it goes tomorrow and Monday and evaluate then. Life means a lot to me, and I want to be here to watch my daughters career soar. Can*t do that if I*m dead because of some stupid law that stripped me of a right.

Y*all stay safe! We need every one of you in November!

Still carrying my G26, however, now with a G19 mag instead of a 26 mag for a little more capacity (have a x-grip sleeve on the 19 mag to make it a flush grip) and also carrying a spare mag most of the time now
