    Cool Question about FTF transfer

    I am considering selling my rifle in a FTF transaction and would like some suggestions on locations to meet. Normally if I'm selling something non-firearm related, I will meet at a supermarket parking lot. But that doesn't seem appropriate for a long gun transfer. Your experience and advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    By the monkey bars at 3 or the swing set at 4.

    Is your driveway or theirs not an option? And there are probably varying thoughts on this but I suggest ensuring that the buyer is not prohibited from owning, a current LTCF works well for that.

    Gun shop parking lot or range parking lot would seem perfectly ordinary if that's the concern.

    A dark deserted dirt road out in the middle of nowhere. Last one I did was in a walmart parking lot, broad daylight. Just be discrete.

    I usually meet people in gun shop parking lots. Or empty parking lots of big box stores out in no mans land. Nothing shouldered, looked over in trunk, then trunk to trunk.

    If im the seller, gun shop meet up. ill act like i want it transferred, on my dime, to scare off trash.

    Well they should be wearing mask ...so not a big deal lol + many people do it this way

    last one I did was in a church parking lot..so only GOD knows

    Um, you will need to look long and hard to find a paved parking lot NOT under video surveillance.
